David's love for houses began early, as he expressed his artistic talent through landscape paintings depicting vibrant neighborhoods. His journey in the real estate world commenced at the young age of 21 when he purchased his first property - a historic 1824 duplex nestled in the historic West End of Portland, Maine.

As David's commitment to serving others deepened, he embarked on a new path. At the age of 28, he was elected to the esteemed Portland City Council, where he served three terms over a nine-year period. It was during this time that he harnessed his knowledge of local government, land use regulations, and building codes to assist individuals in achieving their real estate goals.

Driven by his unwavering dedication to service and his desire to provide an unparalleled client experience, David decided to become a REALTOR®.
